Digital Connectivity Webinar Series
Training Objectives
These webinars aim to provide European Union’s Delegations and Headquarter program officers and program managers with an introductory yet comprehensive exposure to key elements for identifying potential EU projects that would enhance the cooperation between the EU and the partner countries on Digital Connectivity Development Cooperation.
The overall training will be composed by four standalone 2 hours webinars.
Prior the training, participants are advised to have a look at the e-learning course on Digitalisation for Development in order to gather a solid comprehension of the fundamentals of digitalisation and to be able to make the most out of the training course.
Content
- Webinar 1: Introduction on digitalisation for international partnerships
- Webinar 2: Implementation of Digital Connectivity
- Webinar 3: Advantages and Disadvantages of Digital Connectivity
- Webinar 4: Regulations, Case Study and Greening Digital Connectivity
Target Audience
Participants will include DG INTPA staff in EU Delegations and Headquarters, staff from the “RELEX family” (NEAR, ECHO, TRADE, FPI, ECFIN, EEAS staff) and from the relevant line DGs, especially DG CNECT and DG AGRI. The participation of relevant line DGs is particularly encouraged to promote peer learning and establish the connections needed by DG INTPA staff across Delegations to mainstream digitalisation and agriculture as part of their programming and project activities.
