4th Global Meeting March 2016
The fourth global meeting of the Policy Forum on Development (PFD) took place on the 14th, 15th and 16th of March, in Brussels. The meeting mobilized more than 160 representatives from civil society organisations (CSOs) and associations of Local Authorities (LAs), the private sector, representatives from the European Commission and EU Member States.

Enabling Environment for a new global agenda Enabling Environment for a new global agenda (164.85 KB) Objective: Understand what aspects of an enabling environment are needed for the successful implementation of the new global agenda, particularly how to increase the full participation of all actors as equal partners in the implementation of the SDGs Moderator: Jacqueline Wood, Task Team on CSO Development Effectiveness and Enabling Environment 4.1 Panel: Enabling the participation of CSOs and LAs addressing SDGs in the new global agenda In continuation of PFD discussion around an enabling environment (EE) for CSOs and LAs in the new global agenda, experts will discuss progress in the EE to support SDG implementation.
