The Output Level

At the output level, the results formulation should state the changes in service provision, legislation, policy, regulation, structures, mechanisms, systems, awareness, knowledge and skills needed to achieve the desired change in the performance of duty bearers and rights holders.

  • Local water and sanitation plans prioritize resources for marginalized communities and households based on data disaggregated by age, gender, socio-economic circumstance
  • Community water access points and management systems reflect the needs of users including girls, women, boys and men
