Currently, I serve as the National M&E Expert for the CAPFish Capture Post-Harvest Project at UNIDO. My responsibilities include entering data into the OPSYS system and managing the project monitoring and evaluation (M&E) database.
I am passionate about education, educational guidance and experiential learning. As founder of the Mon Choix Ma Carrière initiative, I help young people, particularly girls, to discover their talents, develop their skills and choose promising careers, particularly in the STEM fields.
With my initiative, I have already reached over 800 young people through workshops, conferences and practical programmes. My commitment is based on the values of integrity, tolerance and collaboration. I have also coordinated pan-African projects such as Together for a New Africa, promoting co-leadership and sustainable development.
I am particularly interested in issues relating to innovative education, gender equality, youth, digital technology and professional integration. My aim is to transform Mon Choix Ma Carrière into an EdTech start-up to put technology at the service of guidance and education in Africa.

With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the TVET sector, I have served as a TVET Trainer, CBET Expert, and Principal of a leading TVET institution. I have published in the field of Technical and Vocational Education and Training, and successfully authored grant-winning proposals funded by Australian AID, the Canadian Embassy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland, the Commonwealth of Learning, and AUDA-NEPAD. Am an alumni of JKUAT-Kenya, MASHAV-Israel, NITTR-India, TAFE/QUT-Australia and Cisco Systems. I am keen to partner with TVET institutions in areas such as capacity building, mobility programs, greening TVET, technology-enabled learning, and job-specific skills development.
