I have an educational background in Economics and Development Studies. I currently work for Enabel, the Belgian Development Agency, as Advisor to develop European and international partnerships, in particular with the European Union. Prior to that I worked for the company ADE where I was for several years Team Leader of DEVCO's training and methodological support programme (MKS, PPCM) which aims at enhancing EC staff capacities in managing EU external assistance. I've also conducted strategic evaluations for the EC. Before joining ADE in 2009 I gained field experience working for two years on a project in Rwanda for Enabel.
