My name is Kany Diedhiou and I'm a third-year at the IEP of Fontainebleau in France. Last year, I had a month and a half long internship at the Prefecture of Seine-et-Marne.

As a GIZ component manager, I have a clear goal of inspiring my team to achieve gender equality in decent work. In my nine-year career in the health and economic sector in Togo, in the green sector in Cameroon and in the field of rural development in Mali, I have developed a leadership style based on trust and vision. My enthusiasm for yoga and non-violent communication influences my decisions in international cooperation.
