Workshop: Unlocking Global Gateway investments in nature and the Green Economy

From 7 to 10 July, DG INTPA hosted in Brussels the workshop Unlocking Global Gateway Investments in Nature and the Green Economy, bringing together colleagues from across EU Headquarters and Delegations. The workshop focused on the latest EU policy developments and innovative approaches to financing nature, the circular economy, and broader green economy priorities under the Global Gateway strategy. Through interactive presentations and discussions, participants explored both the opportunities and challenges in mobilising investment for nature, while sharing practical experiences—particularly from EU Delegations. The event offered a valuable opportunity to exchange knowledge, strengthen the Green Network, and equip participants with concrete tools to navigate the evolving landscape of sustainable development.
