I am an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist and Management Information Systems (MIS) Consultant with over a decade of expertise in project management, data analysis. Currently, I serve as a Consultant for the World Bank and EU funded Agriculture Sector Modernization Project (ASMP) in Sri Lanka, implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture.
