Project implementation dates from field work launching to closing of the action: From 1 March 2015 to 28 February 2019
Objective of the action: To contribute to the elimination of rural poverty in coffee growing regions of Peru and Bolivia, with special emphasis on women and young dependents on the informal economy. Increased levels of decent employment for workers / informal rural workers involved in the value chain of coffee production in 3 regions in Peru and 2 regions in Bolivia, as part of a process aiming at strengthening the partnership model and access assurance systems and social protection of national and bi-national incidence.
Target groups: workers / informal rural workers involved in the value chain of coffee in Peru and Bolivia
Final beneficiaries: All the coffee producing families in Perù ( 76.000 families) and Bolivia (15.000 families)

Expected results:
R1. Workers / informal workers of the coffee value chain in Peru and Bolivia access assurance mechanisms and formalization of work, implemented with the producer reference
R2. Workers / informal workers of the coffee value chain in Peru and Bolivia access to new revenues associated with productions, with special emphasis on environmental sustainability and climate change.
R3. The coffee organizations in Peru and Bolivia achieved the diffusion of models, an impact on execution and commissioning safety of workers
