Harivola Angéline Hardy Nomenjanahary is a Malagasy alumnus who participated in the Central Africa Regional Training Workshop. Harivola is Chief Environment Standards inspection and Artisanal and Small Scale Miners at the Mining and Oil Directorate of Antananarivo. Along with another four participants, Harivola’s Return to Work Plan involved mobilizing ASM into clusters; and providing technical support for them and for local public institutions. At present, Harivola has mobilized and provided support to more than 40 small operators!

In three key-words, Harivola described her participation in the ACP-UE Development Minerals activities as: rewarding, innovating and necessary to have the appropriate tools to raise the profile of Development Minerals.

Find out more about Harivola and her team’s Return to Work Plan and Updates here (French version only).
