Brief Description:

1. Conduct 7 Trainings sessions of 50 participants per training totalling to 350 Participants in 7 months 

2. Conduct a preminaly baseline survey to establish training gaps and needs assessment

3. Conduct stakeholders consultative meetings and design a training session/programme

4. Conduct sport visits to Mining Areas and Quarries for hands on trainings
