Description: Improve on the relationship with the community to gain more peace which can bring more freedom in our working environment so as to improve on our mining production and increase the quality of the raw materials produced and shall keenly work on value addition by good cutting and polishing of our products through training my staff good skills. 

Workshop: Training of Trainers workshop on mine and quarry management, environmental, health and safety & human, labor rights and community relations in the Development Minerals sector.
