Title of RWP: To develop a Certificate Training programme that would meet the need for Mining and Quarrying industries in Fiji and the region. 

Brief Description: The training programme to be developed will be targeting students who have dropped out of the school system after year 11 & year 12 and the land owners who own the mining and quarrying resources, to empower them that they can take advantage of their own resources for creation of wealth and sustained livelihood.
