Contact

There may be times when you encounter issues while using the Capacity4dev platform, and you may need to contact the support team. Here are two ways to do so: 

Option 1: Send an email to the support mailbox 

  1. Open your email. 
  2. Address a new email to support@capacity4dev.eu
  3. In the subject line, briefly summarise your query or the issue you are experiencing, for example, a Technical issue, Bug, or Editorial Query. 
  4. In the body of the email, provide a detailed explanation of the issue, including any error messages you have received. 
  5. If the issue is related to a specific page or content on Capacity4dev, provide the URL of the page or content. 
  6. If possible, attach a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing. 
  7. Send the email. 

Option 2: Use the contact form 

  1. Go to the Capacity4dev website. 
  2. Click on "Write to us via our contact form" link.
  3. Fill in the required fields, including your name, email address, and a brief summary of the issue you are experiencing. In case you are already logged in, your name will be automatically filled in. 
  4. In the "Message" field, provide a detailed explanation of the issue, including any error messages you have received. 
  5. If the issue is related to a specific page or content on Capacity4dev, provide the URL of the page or content. 
  6. Enter the captcha code you will see on the screen, to prevent spam. Choose if you wish to receive a copy of the message in your own email. 
  7. Click on the "Send Message" button. 

Please note that the support team usually replies within 3 business days. If you want to attach a screenshot of your issue please use Option 1 instead.
