Forgotten password
If you forgot your password for your Capacity4dev account, don't worry – it's easy to reset it via EU Login.
- Step: Click on Log in at the top of the screen
- Step: You will be redirected to the EU Login
- Step: Click on "Lost your password?"
- Step: Follow the instructions on the screen

At the top of any page on Capacity4dev, you will find the Log in button next to the Search
Step 2: You will be redirected to the EU Login
EU Login is a separate entity from Capacity4dev. EU Login is the European Commission's user authentication service. It allows authorised users to access a wide range of Commission web services, such as Capacity4dev by using a single email address and password.
Step 3: Click on "Lost your password?"
Enter the e-mail address you use for EU Login and click on "Lost your password?"
Step 4: Follow the instructions on the screen
EU Login will navigate you through the process and you will be able to set a new password for your Capacity4dev account.
