There may be times when you encounter issues while using the Capacity4dev platform, and you may need to contact the support team. Here are two ways to do so:
Option 1: Send an email to the support mailbox
- Open your email.
- Address a new email to support@capacity4dev.eu.
- In the subject line, briefly summarise your query or the issue you are experiencing, for example, a Technical issue, Bug, or Editorial Query.
- In the body of the email, provide a detailed explanation of the issue, including any error messages you have received.
- If the issue is related to a specific page or content on Capacity4dev, provide the URL of the page or content.
- If possible, attach a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing.
- Send the email.
Option 2: Use the contact form
- Go to the Capacity4dev website.
- Click on "Write to us via our contact form" link.
- Fill in the required fields, including your name, email address, and a brief summary of the issue you are experiencing. In case you are already logged in, your name will be automatically filled in.
- In the "Message" field, provide a detailed explanation of the issue, including any error messages you have received.
- If the issue is related to a specific page or content on Capacity4dev, provide the URL of the page or content.
- Enter the captcha code you will see on the screen, to prevent spam. Choose if you wish to receive a copy of the message in your own email.
- Click on the "Send Message" button.
Please note that the support team usually replies within 3 business days. If you want to attach a screenshot of your issue please use Option 1 instead.
